M3 classifies “Untracked Services” are those with an “Incomplete” data integrity score.  This score is generated because M3 cannot auto-calculate the days to the next Service Event https://support.miso3.com/article/what-is-a-service-event/ , the value of that event or the service’s remaining liability.

To identify what is missing for a specific service:

  1. Services > View All
  2. Open your service by selecting the blue (SVC-#) link.
  3. In the service detail page, select the “Fix Your Service” button located in the middle of the page.  This will identify what is missing.

Alternatively, to view all Untracked Services, by vendor, account product, etc., simply filter by Data Integrity = “Incomplete “in your Service Listing Tab (Service > View All).
