Service Events

Service Events – are future dates and activies that impact a service.  Events may can include activations, cancellations, re-terms and automatic renewals.  In M3, event dates can be manually entered, calculated or leverage a vendor’s end of term commitment.  Minus cancellations, each event has a proceeding next event that must also be tracked.  Cancellation events change the status of a service to “Inactive” where events are no longer tracked.
